1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1 3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Sour Milk
2 1/2 c Flour
4 T Cocoa
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Salt
2 c Zucchini peeled and grated
Mix just as you would a regular cake. Place in 9X13 pan. Sprinkle topping on cake before baking.
Topping
1/4 c Chocolate Chips
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c chopped Nuts
Bake at 325 for 40-50 min. This cake is ready to eat as soon as it cools.
