Crust
1/2 - 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 T butter (melted)
2 T sugar
Optional, add cinnamon or use cinnamon graham crackers
Filling
1 - 8oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1/3 C lemon juice
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients till well blended
pour over crust
place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Topping- you can use any topping you like, fresh fruit, pie filling, ect.
