6 T Butter
1 Chopped Onion
1 clove Garlic
1/2 bunch Fresh Parsley
1 can Stewed Tomatoes
1 can Chicken Broth
1 Bay Leaf
1 1/2 t Dried Basil
1/4 t Dried Thyme
1/4 t Dried Oregano
1/2 c Water
3/4 c White Wine
3/4 lb Shrimp
3/4 lb Scallops
9 Small Clams
3/4 c Crab Meat
3/4 lb Cod Filet cubed
2 small Lobster Tails
Melt butter in stock pot, add onions, garlic and parsley. Cook until soft. Add all liquids and spices. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in seafood, bring to a boil. Simmer 5-7 minutes.
